Imagine a VA patient, Bob, needs acute or primary care. Bob presses the GetCare button of an Android application. This immediately sends his GPS location (longitude and latitude) and cell number through a SOA (service oriented architecture) platform to a cloud database in Bob's medical center. With a proprietary algorithm, the cloud database figures out the most appropriate physician, Anne, and dispatches a SMS message to Anne. Being alerted, Anne pulls Bob's information (GPS location and number) right away by pressing the reload button of the GiveCare application of her Android device. Anne offers medical care to Bob immediately with several options including: talk to Bob by pressing Call Patient button; or rush to Bob's location identified on her Android map.

This may be enabled by the MobCare solution (patent pending), a mobile social medicine platform designed and developed by Yeswici LLC.
